How Many People Speak Russian Outside of Russia? [Infographics]

I thought about how to count how many people speak Russian in other countries. How big is the Russian-speaking community in general and how small is it?

What might happen if we were to unite, compression of this kind has a scale and can it cause freedom on the other side and what can this place be used for.

If an event takes place on this planet where Russian speakers fall in love with each other and unite for common success in the largest territory marked on the political map of the world, I will know approximately how many people that is.

The infographic does not indicate how many people speak Russian in the US, Israel, China. I am sure that more than a million live in each of the listed countries.
