Although it is not always served with red caviar, as foreign friends may think, but what you may not know for sure is that it is not the most delicious way to serve it. Much tastier is a pancake with condensed milk. (Do you know what condensed milk is?) The types of sauces in which you can dip the pancake, some call it "dakalka", can be both sweet and salty.

What's great about pancakes is that you can use anything you have in the fridge as topping. We usually use sweet sauces: jam, preserves, sour cream and their derivatives and mixes.

An East Asian dish. Where I come from, the most common version is Uzbek plov, but I would not like to divide these cuisines or, even worse, say whose is better. The main thing is that this dish can be called "ours" but came from the East. To taste good plov, it must be cooked by an adult man (aksokal) over a fire.
