How to check the quality of an establishment?
Try ordering what the establishment advertises. Make a minimal entry into the service and see how you are served.
Usually no one wants us to order the minimum, so they try to sell us something else. Take the time and evaluate the reaction while you refuse additional "additional purchases" if they look down and reluctantly do the "minimum", then there is nothing to catch here, if you are served regardless of the volume of the order, then you can come back.
That's how short-sighted we are. We want to earn money now and immediately. Waiters and workers who do the work do not think and should not. And those who write job descriptions, invest money in advertising are far from reality, so the service suffers.
There are really no hasty conclusions to be drawn.
It's great when we are served as if it were the last time, no matter what, then we want to come back, we want to tell about the place and even order more right there ourselves.
This is real advertising and its price is the salary of employees and love.
